I just completed the wonderful "From Mess to Success" Class offered by Feeling Scrappy. Pictured are the binder and dividers I made to help keep all our "stuff" organized in one place!
I'm really looking forward to Feeling Scrappy's next class, A year of Cheer that begins February 2nd. If you love making cards you will love this class!
I made a pair of socks for my friend Andrea for Christmas. Unfortunately, I was only able to finish one sock before Christmas so she got the other one for New Year's. :D Pattern is Blackrose.
I had enough yarn left to make these adorable wrist warmer with the same pattern. :D
Each year I make my kids a new ornament so that by the time they move out they will have quite a collection. This year I made these adorable snowmen for them. You can find a tutorial at Simply Flourishes blog.
I admit it. I don't enjoy writing so blogging is one of those things that gets put on the back, back burner. I have been busy so I will post some of the crafty things I have done in the last month or so........
I live in beautiful Washington state with my husband of 23 years and the youngest of our three children (the older two are off to college in Massachusetts and California).
I have been scrapbooking since 1993 and it has evolved into cardmaking and has also made a love for photography.
I began sewing when I was 7 years old. I use to sew a lot of clothes for myself and then my children. I made the switch to quilting about 7 years ago.
Knitting was something I learned as a teenager and after a 20 some year break has re-entered my life.
