Tolo Dinner

Saturday was my son's school's Tolo dance. He made dinner for his date a a few friends. He has aspirations of someday becoming a chef (if only the profession paid well. LOL) He was in the kitchen all day making this delicious five course meal: spinach strawberry salad, scallop ceviche, saffron shrimp ravioli, duck a l'orange with mashed pototoes and three desserts (profiteroles, creme brulee, and strawberries with almond cream) .....I was in the kitchen all day cleaning up after him! LOL
(For those that don't know my DS is the one with the red vest.)

What a gorgeous meal!! This might seem like a silly question, but what is Tolo?

Not a silly question at all. It is called different things in different regions.....probably Sadie Hawkins for you. Anyway, it is when the girl asks the guy. ;-)

Wow! I am impressed. Again he reminds me of Sam who also loves to cook :)
